Eliminating foods that cause hormonal issues, highly inflammatory foods such as gluten, dairy, highly refined carbs, and sugar then the HB-5 Supplement can only help so much.

In short, Clean Keto, which is keto minus the dairy and cutting out most processed foods, allowed my body to finally drop over 50 pounds and cut my thyroid medication in half in 6-9 months.
It took me a little over 2 1/2 years to be fully off all medication and for my body to have happy healthy hormones again but it was 100% worth it!!
I now eat more of a Clean Keto / Paleo style eating but gluten, dairy, and sugar will never come back into my diet again.

Though I will openly tell you I do not agree with the “just take this pill and the weight will fall off” message they portray, I know food plays a massive role in creating the problem so to STOP the problem you have to get to the root of it.
Otherwise, as soon as you miss the HB-5 supplement if you happen to be one of the people who see amazing weight loss without food changes all of the weight, then some will boomerang right back on.
But you do you boo, don’t say I did not warn you, friend.

Yes, I think so.
