Let me share with you the eating style that finally helped me lose over 50 pounds after having babies and heal hypothyroidism caused by the hormonal fluctuations.

Here I want to go through each ingredient in the recipe to cover what are the benefits of it our Brain-Boosting Bulletproof Coffee!
First and most obvious ingredient – Coffee.
We switched to Bulletproof coffee after learning that the US is one of the worst as far as regulations for mold levels in coffee go.
Yes friend you heard me right the US allows a very high level of mold to be “acceptable” in coffee. The mold content is so high infact that there are some third world countries who export coffee to the US that is not even saleable in their own countries due to the percentage of mold it contains.
Mold in coffee, but how?
The quick answer is when they pick the coffee beans they need to wash them before starting the roasting. They must be dry to roast and often the coffee beans are piled on top of each other not allowing them to dry quickly and thus causing mold on the coffee beans that do not dry quickly enough.
In the case of our health, it is up to us to know that the products we purchase are for our clean and healthy.

Conclusion
Hormonal health and weight loss go hand in hand. Knowing what foods are healthy for your hormones and which are causing harm to your hormones is vital in being able to heal and reset them.
Your hormones have to return to their healthy ‘factory settings’ before hormonal weight gain will come off for good and stay off.
Losing weight over 40 almost always comes down to hormonal changes happening that we have never experienced so most have no idea what to do.
Starting with the Clean Keto for at least 90 days, I recommend more like 6 months then transitioning to a Keto(ish) for Breakfast and Lunch, and Paleo(ish) for dinner is what I like to call the “Human Diet“.

How to make a brain-boosting bulletproof coffee for breakfast
- 8 cups brewed bulletproof coffee
- 2 tbsp grass-fed butter
- 2 scoops bulletproof unflavored collegen
- 2 scoops bulletproof innerfuel probiodic
- 2 tbsp bulletproof brain octane oil
- 2 tbsp monkfruit sweetner (optional)
- 2 dashes celyon cinniomon
While brewing one pot (8 cups) of bulletproof coffee add to your blender all the ingredients.
