Can you lose weight meal prepping?
When people start meal prepping, even if they are not meal prepping “healthy” foods they still see significant weight loss progress as well as more money in their bank account. The reason for this is the alternative is grabbing a quick bite to eat on their lunch break or for dinner.
This often means eating unhealthy low quality restaurant food or fast food that want to keep their profit margins high so they buy and serve the cheapest food.
However, if you aim is to lose weight then being intentional about eliminating foods that cause inflammation and glucose spikes such as gluten, diary, high carb, and highly refined processed foods will allow you to see the best progress toward hitting your weight loss goals.
How much weight can you lose meal prepping?
This depends on the foods you choose to prepare while meal prepping. Meal prepping itself will not help you lose weight, though it will help you save a lot of money. Meal prepping the right foods WILL lead to weight loss, especially if you are currently eating the SAD diet (Standard American Diet) like the rest of the US is.

There is one thing for certain if you have struggle with being over weight odds are pretty good you have developed a hormonal imbalance. Sometimes it happens in reverse, as it did for me, where I developed a hormonal imbalance and then saw the hormonal weight gain. But it makes no difference which came first the only thing that matters is fixing the hormonal imbalance so you can lose the weight.
One of the first places both men and women gain weight when there is a hormonal imbalance is in the stomach, hips, butt, and thighs creating what is referred to as the pair shaped body figure. Losing a hormonal belly can be frustrating because it is often the last place we see weight loss.
