Workout From Home Basics
If you have a good pair of shoes and a great yoga mat you are ready to get started. There are a few additional basics that I love to add to your list.
Like my favorite (pet hair resistance) leggings that are so comfy and flattering, I have 4 pairs (no joke lol).
My favorite workout shirts with the bra’s built-in, if you need support during workouts these may not do it for you.
Having a good step counter and sleep tracker needs to be at the top of your list if you do not already have one. Hitting 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day should be on your daily goals checklist. Hints the shoes linked below, that is a lot of walking.
A good pair of shoes is a must!
Sleep plays a huge role in both hormone health as well as without weight.
Tracking your steps and sleep score in your morning journal time is recommended.
